TINY+FORCE Tiny on purpose

Everyone nods.
Nobody moves.

I find what’s stopping people buying, believing or doing what you need them to,
then find the strongest way to change it.

Which of these
keeps happening?

Right, how do I fix it?

Selected work

A few things I’ve solved.

01 Abington Woods They asked for a grant deck.
The money was next door.
See how 18 days could fund a year
Abington Woods brand: premium, quiet, the antidote to the city
02 Take Over They asked for awareness.
Knowing wasn’t the problem.
See why knowing changed nothing
Running my own operation: six sheet at a railway station
03 Low-key kind They asked for a campaign day.
The problem happened every day.
See the behaviour nobody had named
The low-key kind website: you try really hard to be kind

Estonia

From one country to another

I’m Estonian. I’ve lived in Britain for twenty years.

I can see the thing from both sides. What the company means in Estonia, and what a British buyer will actually make of it. Those are rarely the same, and that gap is where Estonian companies can get quietly misread here.

Whether you’re deciding to come, just landed, or already here and wondering why it’s harder than it should be, that’s the part I work on.

For Estonian companies in Britain

Startups

You’ve built something.
Maybe you’ve raised.

At the start, you carry the story.
As the company grows, the story has to carry itself.

The product grows. The audience gets broader. More people need to understand what you do without hearing it directly from you.

The company has moved on.
The story hasn’t caught up.

That’s where the Diagnosis starts. One week to work out what the company needs to say now, before you spend money making the next thing.

See the Diagnosis

Founder of
TINY+FORCE

You bring me the problem as you see it. I look at what people are actually doing, what they assume, what they ignore and what keeps them where they are.

Often the facts stay the same.
The problem looks different.

You think people need more reasons to choose you. Maybe they already understand you and just don’t see enough reason to change.

You think the message needs improving. Maybe you’re leading with the wrong thing entirely.

That shift is usually
where I find the idea.

I don’t make slides to look busy, or hand you three safe routes so nobody has to carry the decision. I find the strongest one and make the case for it.

I don’t find the problem and pass it on. Finding it is where the creative work starts. I develop the idea, the message and the direction, and stay with the work until it’s right.

You talk to me. One person, on purpose. Not so you can skip the account team. So nothing gets watered down between the idea and you.

Not enough jargon? Try the Brand Onion.

TINY+FORCE

For people
with a problem,
not a brief.

You bring me the problem as you see it. I work out what needs attention and make the creative answer.

No brief and no deck needed. The messy version in your own words is enough. One paragraph is plenty.

Seeing the problem clearly is where the creative work starts, so the person who sees it is still there when it’s made.

You get a point of view, not a menu. One recommendation, not three safe options.
