TINY + FORCE Privacy notice

Privacy

There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site and no forms. Fonts are hosted here rather than loaded from a third party.

Like any website, the server that hosts this one may process basic technical information such as your IP address when you visit. I don’t use that information to identify you, profile you or advertise to you.

The only information you actively give me is what you choose to email.

01 · What I collect

If you write to annaliisa@tinyforce.cc, I receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message.

My email provider processes that information so the email can reach me.

02 · Why I hold it

To reply to you, to discuss possible work, and, if we work together, to run the project and keep the records the law requires.

For enquiries, I rely on my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact TINY FORCE. If we work together, I also process information where it is necessary for our contract and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

I don’t use your details for marketing and I don’t sell them.

03 · How long

Correspondence that does not turn into work is normally deleted within twelve months.

Records connected with paid work are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires. Company records generally need to be kept for six years from the end of the company financial year they relate to, and sometimes longer.

04 · Your rights

You can email me to ask what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I’ll do that where the law requires me to.

I’ll normally respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
